 "Beckett, I love you SO much,  you are my Baby" and he responds with a "Yea!" 

Well.... tonight, my baby said "No, mom, I a big boy!" Cannot believe my big boy is growing up!

Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders "Builder of the Year"!!

Of course, I have always known... but I cannot be more proud to tell you that Colt was voted Builder of the Year by the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders! He was completely shocked and humbled when they called his name! He gave an amazing speech and we were all so proud! 

I am so thankful to God for Colt and how hard he works! We are so thankful for his parents for allowing him to work alongside his Dad and for all of our family and friends who support and love us! Most importantly, thank you to the families who have chosen Byrom Building to build their home or office building!

Sorry, now that sounded like my acceptance speech!! Ha Ha  :)

Celebrating Miss Mollie Katharine Green

In November we celebrated the upcoming arrival of Mollie Katherine Green! It was so much fun celebrating with Jamie! It was also great catching up with the girls at brunch and enjoying lots of laughter! 

So, I am so late on this blog - sweet Mollie is already here and is completely perfect and Jamie is the best Mommy! I cried and cried seeing Jamie and Mollie together! I so wish we lived closer - I always miss Jamie - and now I miss Mollie!!

Thanksgiving 2013

On Thanksgiving, we had a yummy lunch at Colt's parents house. It was a nice afternoon spending time with family! We ended the night seeing Frozen at the movie theater! It was a great movie and I think we all loved it!!

Casey and Austin's Wedding

Casey and Austin's wedding was tons of fun and we felt so special that all four of us were a part of their special day! 

The wedding was at Windwood Equestrian and it was the perfect all inclusive location!! The day started out with hair, makeup and forgetting the wedding dress! It was a fun morning with all of the girls, taking pictures and chatting with the horses.

Casey was a beautiful bride and her and Austin's ceremony was really sweet! Parker and Story made it down the aisle perfectly and they were SO cute! Just before they walked down the aisle together, Story said to her mom "Mommy, this boy is perfect for me"… She is a doll and we love her family! We are arranging the marriage now ;) Poor Beckett started screaming so he didn't get to walk down with them like we planned… A big thank you to my mom who picked him up and ran him to the barn in a dress and heels - and you could hear him screaming all the way to the barn! I cannot thank my mom, dad and sisters enough for coming in town and helping out by taking care of the boys! Michele even missed school to help!

The reception was so much fun! The boys had a lot of fun dancing with us and they even brought out a mini horse onto the dance floor! It was great seeing family and friends!

Casey's Bridesmaid Luncheon and Rehearsal

Casey's Bridesmaid Luncheon was at our house! It was was a really nice morning with the ladies and we had yummy a brunch!  Later that afternoon, it started pouring down rain at the rehearsal.  The boys loved jumping in the puddles.  Then we headed over to The Club for the rehearsal dinner.  Austin and his parents were so sweet and made everyone feel so loved! I loved listening to all of their friends and family give speeches about them - I might have cried as much as the bride... It was a great day celebrating Casey and Austin!
