 Last weekend, Jenna and I drove up to Memphis for the night for a quick girls night and to be with Allison for her bid day! When Jenna and I arrived, we bought cute gifts for Allison for her sorority - we bought her gifts for the sorority she wanted - so thankfully, thats the one she got into :) Then we met Allison at her dorm and then spent some time with Jamie before meeting the girls at Local in Overton Square. We had such a great time!! Jenna and I also treated ourselves to a hotel! She is a sweet friend to come with me for a quick 33 hour trip with lots of driving!  

Sunday, Jenna and I stayed in bed till 9:40AM!?! We didn't sleep that whole time - but it was so nice to just stay in bed and relax!  We went and visited with my Mamaw and Papaw and then headed over to The University of Memphis to get ready for Allison's bid day! It was so fun watching her run out - she was so happy!! I am so excited for her and hope she loves it!! The pictures are below.

Beach in August!

 We went to the beach in August with Colt's parents, Casey and Austin. We had a great time! We all love the beach so much!! The boys LOVE the sand! Beckett LOVES the ocean too!! Parker is much more respectful of the ocean. I brought their puddle jumpers the last day and they both went way out into the ocean with Daddy! I was a proud Mommy!

Allison goes to College!

Its official, my little sister is in College at The University of Memphis!! She is attending college on a FULL scholarship(s)! We are praising and thanking GOD!!! I am SO proud of how hard she works, how sweet she is and the woman she is becoming! I am proud to call her my sister and friend! 

A few weeks ago the boys and I went to Memphis to help Allison get ready to move in her dorm and she helped me with the boys. We had a great time visiting with family and friends! Colt drove in early the morning we moved Allison in to help us - best bother in law ever!

David's Wedding!

Colt's college roommate David Steakley, got married in Huntsville, Alabama a few weeks ago! It was mine and Colt's 1st night "out of town" away from the boys. They had a great time at Khaki and Pawpaw's house and we had a great time! Friday, we went to the rehearsal dinner and then out on the town :) Saturday, before the wedding Melinda and I had a fun day of shopping! There is an H&M in Huntsville - who knew!?! The wedding was a lot of fun and it was great seeing our college friends!
