I have not done a "monthly" update on Parker in forever so here it goes!
Colt and I are loving this age! Parker is so silly, active and can throw some great fits when he gets upset. We love this sweet boy! He is giving great hugs and kisses - when he wants too;) Colt and I thank God daily for our little boy. He is truly a blessing and brings so much joy to our lives!
Parker's Schedule:
Parker is a very scheduled baby. But, he is flexible if we need him to change up his schedule.
7AM Wakes up/ eats
9:30 Snack
11:30 Lunch12:30 Milk and Nap
2:30 Wake from nap
3:00 Snack
5:30 Dinner
6:15 Bath
7:00/7:30 Milk and Bed time
I breastfed him for 14 months. I am pretty proud of myself - I was really on the fence about breastfeeding and it just worked for Parker and I - I think it was so great for the both of us. I also had frozen breast milk that lasted us until he was 15 months old! The breast milk really came in handy right after he had the stomach bug - I was able to give him that before we got him back on whole milk. We introduced whole milk at 12 months and he would drink a little of it - but once I stopped breastfeeding - he naturally started on whole milk. The transition from breastfeeding was very easy for us. We dropped a feeding every 2 weeks.
