Slow-Cooked Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Jar tomato Pasta Sauce (I used a a a four cheese tomato pasta sauce)
1 8oz Can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/2 (9 oz) Package no-boil lasagna noodles
1 Jar alfredo sauce (maybe a little more)
3 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese (12 oz) (maybe a little more)
3 Cups grated parmesan cheese (I grated fresh parmesan cheese)
(If there are other things that you like in lasagna I am sure you can add them)
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef until cooked and drain.
2. Spray crockpot with nonstick spray (or use the crockpot bags-sandwich bag isle)
3. Put 3/4 cups of tomato in bottom of crockpot. Stir remaining tomato pasta sauce and tomato sauce into ground beef.
4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over sauce in crockpot, break noodles if necessary. Top with 1/3 alfredo, spreading evenly. sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with 1/3 cup of the ground beef mixture, and 1 cup parmesan, spreading evenly.
5. Repeat layering twice, then place 2 lasagna noodles on top of last layer and top with parmesan cheese.
6. Cover, cook on low setting for 3 to 4 hours.
