This and That

Sorry, I was not a good blogger last week! Here are the highlights:

Jamie came in town last week and spent the night with us! It was SO much fun! After I put Parker to bed Sunday night, Jamie, Jenna and I went out for a late dinner at Brio and went for dessert at Yogurt Mountain. Then, Jamie and I stayed up late "researching" and talking. Jamie is such a good friend and I MISS her SO much!!

Grandaddy Gene (Colt's Grandfather) turned 83 last week, he has been staying with Colt's parents and is doing a lot better. He is going back home on Thursday of this week, please pray that he has an easy transition.

On Sunday, we took Parker to The University of Alabama for the first time!! We went for "Bid Day" to see which sorority Molly got in - she is now an Alpha Chi! It was a lot of fun seeing all of the sweet girls - now Molly is officially in college!

A few other highlights: John Harpole's 30th birthday party dinner, the Perlis family came over for dinner, I helped host Paige Herr's baby shower and we had lunch with Melinda and Justin!
